ABOUT US
Sustainable Future Energy Solutions was created by two individuals who are passionate about meeting the US energy goals and mitigating the effects of climate change. We are currently writing a feature article about the US 2050 plan, including in depth analysis of the various roadmaps published by the DOE. The article will also discuss the potential shortcomings and pitfalls of the plan. While this is our first project, we believe that it will be a good stepping stone to creating a one stop database for all components of the 2050 plan and the US energy goals. In the future, we are hoping to publish more articles that are up to date with the progressions of the plan. Additionally, we plan to consult with both local government, and companies about meeting their own energy goals.

Adam Fam

Adam Fam is a senior economics major at Colgate University. Adam has a keen interest in
environmental and energy economics and has researched the topic for the past several years. Adam will begin pursuing a masters degree in Economics upon graduation from Colgate with a strong focus on sustainability.
Sami Fam
Writer
Sami Fam, Ph.D., P.E. is founder and former President of Innovative Engineering Solutions.
Inc. He is considered a national expert in environmental engineering consulting. Dr. Fam has co-authored a book in 1996 as well as dozens of journal publications on a variety of environmental topics. He has been involved in multiple energy efficiency projects and overseen the design and installation of over 50 Megawatts of solar power projects. He has a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from UCLA.
